Online applications are invited for admission to Military College Jhelum in 1st year (Pre Engineering, Medical, and ICS) and 8th Class for the new academic year 2022. As per the schedule, the last day for submission of the application is 25 May 2022 with normal charge and 04 June 2022 with double fee. On Sunday, June 13th, 2022, there will be an entry test. Only male students can acquire admission to this college.

First-year students will be admitted based on an Open Merit system that takes into account their grades from the eighth grade as well as their performance on other tests and interviews. Those who have been chosen for an interview will only be notified through a call letter at that point.

On April 1, 2022, the candidate must be between the ages of 12 and 14 years old. It is possible to give a 90-day age relaxation. In April 2022, the applicant must be a 7th or 8th-grade student. To be considered, applications must be received by the college’s administrative office. No later than the 15th of October, 2022. The deadline for double-fee applications is October 20, 2022. After the deadline has passed, no applications will be accepted. There will be a written test on Sunday, October 31st, 2022.

MCJ’s 8th-grade admissions were open to both civilian and military employees’ children. In addition, children of MES, PAF, Navel, and Coast Guard, uniformed or unclothed uniformed staff are eligible for admittance, regardless of their status.

MCJ, on the other hand, requires applicants to take an admission exam to narrow the field. Every year, a large number of hopefuls apply for admission, but only a small number are accepted.
