• After submitting an online application successfully, take a printout of the PDF application form along with a prescribed UBL online deposit slip and deposit Rs. 500 as a non-refundable test fee at any UBL branch on that printed UBL deposit slip.
• Bring the printed application form, the UBL bank receipt, a recent passport-sized photo, and a copy of your CNIC and Service card to the appropriate OASI Office.
